This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces.
This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts
which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by
corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This is a super cool puzzle! The turning isn't great, but it's honestly better than I expected. I have to wiggle each edge back and forth to get it to turn well, but once the pieces are aligned it turns fairly easily. The textured plastic is nice, but it's not as grippy as i would like.
The solving process is a mix of intuitive and algorithmic, the instruction manual includes dozens of algorithms for moving the 1-color 'center' pieces around, but you definitely don't need to learn or use all of them. The jumbling itself is fascinating, and the puzzle will bandage itself with certain jumbling moves. On top of that, some turns which are possible will feel like they get stuck, because the corner pieces can touch and catch on each other. When this happens, i just gently push one out of the way while i make my turn. This is hard to explain but you'll know what I mean if you try it. Because of all this, i recommend scrambling thoroughly without jumbling, then jumbling right at the end.
Speaking of, a proper scramble on this puzzle takes a depressingly long time. it makes a gigaminx scramble look like a 3x3 by comparison. My apologies for the extremely mid scramble in the pictures.
Also, the teeny tiny center caps pop off regularly, and when mine arrived, 5 of the 12 center caps were rattling around inside the box. I haven't lost any yet, but it's only a matter of time, as they are truly tiny. Fortunately the plastic under each cap is correctly colored, so the puzzle would be just as solvable even if i did lose some. There are screws under the center caps, idk what they do or if they adjust tensions at all, i didn't mess with them.
Overall this is the weirdest puzzle in my collection so far. It has a few minor issues, but i'm still extremely glad i got it.
